Well, remember the roomies that I had it out with a few months ago... kicked them out. yeah, in a big way. They have to be out, along with all of their shit by the 31st. I am sick and tired of their excuses and lies. Sick and tired of them not taking care of their children properly. Sick and tired of them not cleaning their cat litter box... sick of the stench of their room floating upstairs. I am ashamed to bring people to my house. The carpet that is in the room they are in now was pretty much new... Mike's brother lived on it, but he didn't hurt it by any means. Well, now it's ruined. Dirty diapers every where, dirty dishes, trash all over... I can't even go downstairs any more. I get sick. None of the rest of the house stinks except their room and because the stench is so bad, it makes my livingroom, kitchen, dining room stink so bad. Growl!
On to other subjects.
Once they move out, the other room mate is going with them... still haven't seen last month's rent from him, which kinda pisses me off. But, as soon as he moves out, Mike and I are expanding our room even more. Going to have a walk in closet and a sitting room and our bathroom is going to be twice as big. Going to expand our shower and put in bowl sinks *the sexy kinds you only see in really expencive houses* But yeah, I'll keep you all updated on all of that. Maybe then, we can get the rest of our house finished once our room is done to Mike's liking.
We are having issues with the dumb ass landlord *the house goes in our name in December and I think he's trying to find a way to kick us out first, which won't happen.* He's a church going man and informed me that he "treats you people bad cause you don't go to church. If you people went to church, then I'd be nicer." Got it on tape too... so I can get the house faster than he can say "Holy Fuck!" Ya know, the whole religious slander, that's frowned upon. And, in our lease to own agreement, it says that he cannot treat us bad for not going to church... Mike put that one in.
Well, mine and Mike's friend Brandon will be moving into the basement... Paying me, Loni, $300/month to live down there. I will use the money to go back to school with. Starting with 12 credit hours this semester. I am going to take Sign Language 101, Psychology 101, World History 101, and Algebra 101. I have already been through all of these, but since I didn't get my degree at the time, my 4.0 GPA is gone. Shouldn't be too hard the second time around. I don't even need to take Sign Language 101 or 102, but I have to as a pre-requisite for the Sign Language Interpreting degree. Gotta pay for classes I don't need... at $90/credit hour. Mother fuckers.
Ok, I think I have written enough for one day. I will leave you all to your lives and remember, don't be stupid... stupid people shouldn't breed and every one loves sex.
